Thirteen years ago, Ashley Thill had a vision to create a team of consultants that would solve any obstacle a business could face when their growth began to stagnate. This led to the founding of A Z Advisory Group where every member has experience running or managing a business. We specialize in assessing businesses and working directly with your employees to develop a strategy to break the glass ceiling that is limiting you or your organization’s potential. There is a relatively small segment of leaders in the business world who seem able to build relationships, trust, and rapport with almost anyone, and upon that build partnerships and alliances that create forward momentum to realize optimum outcomes. Ashley Thill, TAB Owner of South Central Kansas, is one of those people and achieving results through collaboration, partnerships and relationships are who she is.

As a college student, Ashley worked in Zernco’s accounting and construction services departments. She returned to her business roots in 2009 when she again joined the family business as vice-president. In 2012 Ashley became majority owner of Zernco. With her more than twenty years of involvement in Zernco coupled with her fifteen years in the financial industry, Ashley is skilled in identifying business opportunities and developing profitable market strategies. Ashley believes in harnessing the unique abilities of those with whom she has surrounded herself to consistently improve operational efficiency. She is perpetually looking to expand the business to serve our clients in greater ways.

Ashley is happily married to Scott Thill and is looking forward to the next fifty years together. She is the mother of five children (one son and four daughters). She enjoys spending time with her family, painting and the beach.

Sawyer has always believed that the secret to success is equal parts flexibility, communication, and persistence. As a student-athlete at Wichita East High School, Sawyer was recognized as a leader on and off the basketball court and softball field, holding roles as Team Captain as well as winning recognition for All-City for 3rd Base. After high school, she joined JS Ventures where she quickly moved up through the ranks eventually becoming one of the youngest General Managers in that company’s history. No matter the role, her tireless work ethic and recipe for success has always served her well. Now, as the Executive Administrative Manager for A Z Advisory Group, she takes her past experiences to create dynamic leadership teams for any business.

Originally from a large, close-knit family with a total of nine siblings, Sawyer is no stranger to being self-sufficient. As the third oldest child, Sawyer was often given a lot of responsibility at a young age, something with which she thrived. During Sawyer’s early years she and her family had the opportunity to live in many different parts of the country, and as a result, Sawyer quickly learned how to meet new people and gain their trust and respect. Taking these life lessons into the workforce, Sawyer can quickly identify the key players within any workplace that could help her rise to the top.

Nowadays Sawyer enjoys using her skills to help businesses thrive through her use of internal marketing, task delegation, executive administrative management, and project coordination.

Sawyer loves the Cubs and the Packers and has a passion for collecting anything related to giraffes. She enjoys relaxing with her dog, exploring Wichita with friends and taking vacations with her significant other Stratman.

A business owner of his own construction firm that he successfully sold at the age of 36, Aaron has personally experienced the challenges that the construction industry has been facing. As the Chief Operations Officer in A Z Advisory Group and EOS Implementor, he brings a talent for finding and breaking bottlenecks within companies with a level of candor that many find refreshing.

Originally born on a farm, Aaron was never one to shy away from the hard work that was required to maintain the property and ensure everything was running smoothly. He took this attitude with him into the workforce in 2005 when he began working for Ron Fowles Construction and began helping them improve their existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Eventually, this led to an opportunity to buy his own personal business with his partner, Ron Fowles, where they began to increase their market share of Light Commercial in Manhattan, KS.

Now he takes his experience to coach clients into discovering what inefficiencies are preventing their businesses from performing at peak efficiency and implementing strategies to revitalize their workforce.

When he isn’t working Aaron spends his time training hunting dogs, perfecting his barbequing technique, and raising his two beautiful children with his wife. He also enjoys taking every opportunity he gets to go hunting with his friends and family in Kansas wilderness.

Despite 20 years in the Information Technology field, Jeremy would tell you that technology is usually the furthest thing from his mind. Rather, he believes the job of a technologist is customer service – empowering the success of others by providing usable solutions that enable them to excel. His contrarian instincts inspire him to reject the rigidness typically associated with the technology industry and replace it with creative solutions that serve the user.

Of course, today’s technology still has to be managed, so it’s a good thing that problem-solving is among Jeremy’s most developed skills. Like ingenuIT as a whole, Jeremy has a fierce tenacity to overcome challenges so that no solution is out of reach.

Jeremy grew up in northeast Ohio where he learned a curiosity for technology from his father at a young age. After high school, he joined the United States Air Force where he served for nearly a dozen years. His service took him to Montana, South Korea, and ultimately to Wichita, where he chose to stay and put down roots.

Following his military service, Jeremy spent the next decade as a technology consultant to SMB in the Wichita area. During this time he worked with a multitude of businesses in a variety of different industries, expanding both his technical and project management skills. This experience reinforced in him that the solution, not the technology, is the only thing that matters.

Jeremy and his wife Meghan reside in Derby and are the proud parents of six children. In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys playing guitar, video games, Coen movies, reading, and WWII history.

Michael Walker is an information technology consultant with vast array of experience in many fields of technology from administrating Microsoft based networks to programming battle simulation calculators for the board game “Risk” and everything in between. His main experience has been in administering and maintaining Windows-based infrastructure for small and medium-sized businesses where he has been able to put his problem-solving skills to use.

Michael took apart his first computer before he was nine years old. His family had a Tandy computer that came with a very detailed manual that he studied, memorized and then put into practice. Luckily before anyone discovered what had happened he had put the computer back together with his family none the wiser. From that moment on he couldn’t be pulled away from technology and it eventually lead to him attending North Central Technical College where he graduated with an Associate’s of Applied Science in Advanced Computer Information Technology. After graduation, Michael went directly into the workforce for a managed services provider in the Wichita area where he honed his IT skills and learned about many different technologies.

Over the years, Michael has competed in various information technology competitions and won many state and national titles through Business Professionals of America (BPA) and Skills. One of those titles is a national championship as part of a three-man “Network Design Team” and various state championships including “Computer Programming”, “Network Administration”, “Computer Hardware” and “Computer Security”.

Outside of work, Michael stays busy with the practice of martial arts, running obstacle course races, reading, playing chess and drawing. He spends most of his time with his wife and 6-year-old daughter, hanging around the house or going out to see the newest superhero movie. Michael Walker lives in Valley Center, Kansas.

Employees emerging from the Millennial generation are often stereotyped as having a lack of responsibility, poor work ethic, and sensitivity to criticism. It takes someone with dedication, patience, and a willingness to communicate to fight these assumptions with logic and humility. Bringing a passion for practical innovation and collaboration as Marketing Coordinator for A Z Advisory Group, Gavin is a showcase of why you should not judge a book by its cover.

A recent graduate from the University of California – San Diego, Gavin majored in Interdisciplinary Computing and the Arts (ICAM) and developed a variety of technological skills that combined technology and art in new and original ways. In particular, he loves to explore people’s visions for their personal passion projects and bring them to life.

Gavin specializes in using his talents in design, videography, web development, and programming to find unexpected solutions to roadblocks in a client’s vision. Whether it involves renovating websites to add flair to a brand or implementing new technology into the workplace, he lives to help people in any challenge they face.

When not at work Gavin loves discussing anything from philosophy to zombie mythology and trying out the newest games. He also has a passion for collecting unusual trinkets for his keychain and trying out new activities he has never experienced before.

With the attention to detail and patience to organize even the most chaotic of events, Tanya Davis is consistently striving to realize clients’ vision of the perfect event. As the administrative assistant of the A Z Advisory Group, she applies her experience in handling a variety of data to support the team’s efforts in staying organized and on top of their schedule to ensure that clients are having short turnaround times on their projects.

Originally a former employee of CCPR, Tanya has had many opportunities to see in action what it takes to not only organize a rowdy crowd of people but also a wild pack of dogs in order to host successful charity drives in support of her local community. Her first trial by fire in this endeavor was when she organized CCPR’s charity fundraiser, the MidWest Dog Fest, to provide support for Kansas veterans who were in need of service dogs to help them overcome their physical limitations in day-to-day life. Her most recent one managed to attract over 1,000 participants and included activities like a photo booth, pup park obstacle course, multiple food trucks, dog talent show, mini bar, and more!

While Tanya continues to develop her expertise in event coordination she also spends time developing a plethora of additional skills to help support the A Z Advisory Group in all their endeavors. Just a few of these skills include administrative organization, employee training, QuickBooks implementation, inventory management, order processing, and high proficiency in all the tools within Microsoft Office.

When she isn’t helping to keep things organized she loves to go hunting with her husband, spending time with her pets (dogs, bearded dragons, and many fish), helping her friends with interior decoration, and training hunting dogs on how to perform at their full capacity during waterfowl season.

Currently, a student at Pittsburg State University studying graphic communications and marketing, Kailey is constantly searching for new ways to refine her skills to help clients develop their brand’s media presence across all platforms. As a graphic designer for A Z Advisory Group, she now pursues her passion for building relationships with clients while gaining real-world knowledge for the skills she is learning in college. Kailey’s future goal is to use her experience to support local entrepreneurs’ dreams for starting their own business.

Coming from a family of creatives and a childhood within the construction world, Kailey has always found ways to use her imagination and blue-collar work ethic to come up with ideas and do whatever is necessary to execute them. At fifteen, she taught herself how to use multiple graphic design software programs and, naturally, found herself seeking clients to transform their brands by renovating social media platforms, modernizing website designs, and producing marketing materials to captivate a client’s audience. From there she became a first-generation college student and joined the A Z A team to use her creativity to assist businesses in their growth. Thus far Kailey’s largest project has been the creation and development of her own business, Sonder & Co which has given her the opportunity to see business development from the same side as the clients she supports.

Kailey is passionate about brand/marketing development, culture development within the workplace, and being able to work with clients to make their business dreams come true. Her skills include graphic design, social media marketing,  website development with Weebly, WordPress, Wix, & Squarespace, Promo Material Creation (including buttons, flyers, shirts and more), and an extensive knowledge of all the tools in the Adobe Creative Suite software.

When away from school and her job, Kailey loves to travel, spend time with friends (including her dog), relax outside, and stay physically active. She believes that exploring different ways to express creativity, encourage others, and have fun are essential in fueling her life- both in and outside of the workplace.
